Order Modification and Cancellation:
- Le Bliss Bouquet cannot cancel or modify orders that are already in the processing stage, in transit, or out for delivery.
- The down payment made during the order process is non-refundable.
- Same-day orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation and generally cannot be altered once processed.
Artistic Nature of Flower Arrangements:
- Flower arrangement is an art form, and as such, we cannot replicate exact previous arrangements.
- Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we will use available blooms of equal value to create beautiful arrangements.
Availability of Flowers and Items:
- Flowers and items used in all arrangements are subject to availability. Le Bliss Bouquet reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal value based on availability.
Premium Quality Flowers:
- We exclusively use premium real flowers, including imported blooms from Ecuador, Holland, Colombia, China, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Japan.
- Images on our website are for reference only. Since flower arrangement is an artistic endeavor, each creation is unique and one-of-a-kind.
Postponement of Orders:
- If you wish to postpone your order, the request must be made 2 to 3 days before the initially planned pick-up or delivery date.
