Terms and Conditions of Use β Le Bliss Bouquet Website
By accessing and using the Le Bliss Bouquet, Le Bliss Box, and Le Bliss Platter website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Modification and Cancellation
Le Bliss Bouquet, Le Bliss Box, and Le Bliss Platter cannot cancel or modify orders that are already in the production stage, in transit, or out for delivery.
All payments, including Down Payments (DP), are strictly non-refundable.
Orders for future dates are also considered final once payment is made and cannot be refunded.
Any excess transfer or double payment will not be refunded and will be issued as store credit.
2. Same-Day Orders
Same-day orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
Once processing begins, these orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.
3. Artistic Nature of Arrangements
Floral and fruit arrangements are handcrafted artistic creations. For this reason, exact replication of previous arrangements is not possible.
Due to the seasonal and time-sensitive nature of flowers and fruits, Le Bliss may substitute materials with the closest available alternatives of equal value.
4. Availability of Flowers, Fruits, and Items
All flowers, fruits, and supporting items are subject to availability.
Le Bliss Bouquet reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal value without prior notice, depending on seasonal and market availability.
5. Premium Quality Materials
We are committed to using premium fresh flowers, premium import fresh fruits, including imported varieties sourced from:
Ecuador, Holland, China,Β Vietnam, USA, NZ, Africa
These premium materials may vary depending on season, market supply, and import conditions.
6. Reference Images
Images displayed on our website are for reference purposes only, even though they are created by the Le Bliss team.
Because each arrangement is handcrafted, the final product may vary in color, size, and composition.
Every creation is unique and one-of-a-kind.
7. Postponement of Orders
Requests to postpone a pick-up or delivery must be submitted 2β3 days before the original scheduled date.
Approval is subject to availability of delivery and production slots.
8. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, changes of mind, partial payments, and orders for future dates.
Once payment is made, the order is considered final and resources are immediately allocated for production and scheduling.
Double transfers or overpayments cannot be refunded and will be converted into store credit valid for 6 months.
Store credit is non-exchangeable for cash and may only be used for future purchases within Le Bliss Bouquet, Le Bliss Box, or Le Bliss Platter.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Le Bliss Bouquet website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
